Job summary

Alphv Recruit is seeking a Tech & Digital Transformation Lead for a prominent Malaysian property developer. You will architect and drive a structured digital transformation across the Group, modernising systems and establishing a data foundation to enable analytics and AI readiness.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role reporting to the Group CEO, based in Petaling Jaya, onsite. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in digital transformation or technology consulting, strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in digital transformation, technology consulting, or business process improvement.
• Hands-on experience with technology implementations, system integrations, and automation projects.
• C-suite communication experience; ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
• Technical literacy: evaluate vendor proposals, understand system integration and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Assess current processes and systems across departments; identify improvements and develop a phased roadmap.
• Research and evaluate automation/AI technologies; present recommendations to CEO and leadership.
• Lead vendor management: scope, implement, and oversee technology solutions and system integrations.
• Drive internal communications and change management across the organisation.
• Structure delivery with clear milestones and transparent progress tracking.
