Job summary

ALTON INTELLIGENT TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. in Malaysia seeks a Supervisor Manufacturing Digitalization Engineer to lead factory digitalization, implement MES, WMS, QMS, APS, and PLM, and drive AI-based inspection and intelligent production scheduling.

You will build data governance, manage OT networks, coordinate IT and operations, and mentor teams through digital projects in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing information systems, digitalization, or smart manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing information systems (MES, WMS, QMS, APS, PLM, ERP).
• Experience leading digitalization projects and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead digitalization planning and annual implementation roadmap for factory operations.
• Oversee digital infrastructure, OT networks, and data centers for new and existing plants.
• Develop and deploy digitalization solutions aligned with business needs.
• Drive deployment of MES/WMS/QMS/APS/PLM and integrate data flows across systems.
• Govern data quality, master data, and data governance processes.
• Coordinate IT, Production, Quality, Logistics, and Engineering for project success.
• Lead training and certification programs for digitalization roles.
