Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
• 2-3 years’ experience in digital transformation, business process improvement, and sustainability.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in digital tools and technologies, with a strong understanding of automation and data analytics.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and environmental regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digitalization strategies.
• Identify opportunities for digital tools and automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage the integration and adoption of technologies such as AI, IoT, and data analytics into business processes.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth implementation of digital solutions.
• Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes to identify areas for enhancement.
• Develop and implement process improvement plans aimed at increasing productivity.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Regularly review and audit business processes to ensure they are optimized and up-to-date.
• Develop and implement strategies to integrate sustainable practices into business operations.
• Monitor and report on key sustainability metrics such as energy consumption, waste reduction, and carbon footprint.
• Ensure that we hit our objectives for Environmental, Social & Governance initiatives in the company.
• Work towards achieving certification and ensure compliance.
• Plan, execute, and oversee projects related to digital transformation, process improvement, and sustainability.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Prepare detailed reports on the progress and impact of digital transformation, process improvement, and sustainability initiatives.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects and initiatives for future reference.
• Organize and conduct training sessions to educate employees on new digital tools and sustainable practices.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
