Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive Business Solutions Executive on a 1-year contract to drive growth through customer engagement, solution consulting and account development. The role involves identifying customer needs, recommending suitable digital solutions and preparing proposals.

You will engage customers, present digital transformation solutions, prepare SOWs, and work with delivery teams to ensure successful project implementation and ongoing account growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, business development, solution consulting or customer-facing IT roles.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and recommend practical solutions.
• Self-motivated, results-driven and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Engage customers to understand business requirements, challenges and objectives.
• Recommend and present suitable digital transformation, workflow and document management solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, solution designs and Scope of Work (SOW) documents.
• Conduct solution demonstrations, workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project implementation.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Support project handover, customer adoption and ongoing account growth.
