Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks a Digital Project Manager to lead PMO activities for BMI site digital initiatives. You will define scopes, milestones, and risk logs, coordinating with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and external teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in digital project management within regulated environments, with proficiency in MS Project or AzureDevOps, and capability to manage CapEx/OpEx budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline (preferred).
• PMP, CAPM, Agile/Scrum, or PRINCE2 certifications (preferred).
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (FDA QMSR, ISO 13485, or GxP standards) (preferred).
• Applied PMO methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) and scheduling software proficiency (MS Project, AzureDevOps).
• 5+ years of digital PMO/IT delivery experience, including 3+ years leading delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Define project scopes, milestone schedules, resource plans, and risk logs for digital initiatives at BMI.
• Manage cross-functional site alignment between Operations, Quality, Engineering, and external technical development teams.
• Manage vendor delivery milestones, contract deliverables, and SLAs.
• Track and report project health using PEM-IT.
• Lead local site go-live readiness reviews, cutover coordination, and post-implementation project reviews.
• Support the site PMO and digital governance function.
• Oversee CapEx budget allocations for site digital projects.
• Manage contract negotiations and SLAs with external vendors.
