CPOS is looking for a Digital System & AI Executive to help transform the company from a car company into a truly platform-based enterprise. The role involves connecting departments one by one, making processes more systematic and online.

Key responsibilities

• Work with different departments to understand how they operate
• Build, test, improve and implement systems and workflows
• Transform people's experience into SOPs
• Convert SOPs into workflows
• Develop workflows into systems
• Move systems toward automation
• Progress toward AI implementation

About you

• Good understanding of AI and genuine enjoyment of exploring new technology
• Love SOPs, workflows and systems
• Think logically and enjoy solving problems
• Knowledge of Automation / CRM / ERP / API / Database / No-Code is a plus
• Willing to communicate with different departments and truly understand how they work
• Willing to actually build, test, improve and implement
• Believe in CPOS's culture and way of doing things
• Age below 40
