Job summary

CARSOME Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Enterprise System Specialist to design, manage, and optimize the company's enterprise system infrastructure, spanning on-prem and cloud environments, SaaS platforms, and authentication systems.

You will implement high-availability infrastructure, administer cloud services, automate tasks with scripts, and guide cloud architecture decisions, leveraging Windows Server, VMware, and multiple cloud providers to keep systems secure and scalable.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Windows Server (Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP).
• Advanced knowledge of cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong scripting skills: PowerShell, Python, Bash, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

A Senior Enterprise System Specialist who designs, manages, and optimises Carsome's enterprise system infrastructure including physical and cloud servers, SaaS platforms, and authentication systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain high-availability enterprise system infrastructure (on-prem and cloud).
• Administer and manage SaaS platforms, leading migrations, onboarding, and decommissioning of legacy tools.
• Write and maintain custom scripts (PowerShell, Python, Bash) to automate repetitive tasks.
• Administer cloud platforms (Azure AD/Entra ID, GCP, AWS) and support cloud architecture decisions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in system administration, enterprise platforms, or related roles.
• Expertise in Windows Server (Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP) and virtualisation (VMware, ESXi).
• Advanced knowledge of cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong scripting skills: PowerShell, Python, Bash, or equivalent.
