This role focuses on bridging strategy and operations, helping traditional businesses adopt practical AI solutions that improve efficiency, cut costs, and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Graduating or recent graduate with strong academic performance (Dean's List / CGPA 3.5+ preferred).
• Ability to map chaotic processes into structured, optimized workflows.
• Curiosity and first-principles thinking to question senior stakeholders.
• Excellent Mandarin Chinese (read Traditional Chinese highly preferred).

Responsibilities

• Ask critical questions to uncover inefficiencies across operations, finance, and customer service.

You will act as the \"architect\" of change, walking into businesses to interview stakeholders, ask diagnostic questions, and identify precisely where AI can unlock significant value. In this role, you will not build AI models; instead, you will shape the future of industry by strategically integrating AI into traditional business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth discovery workshops with clients to meticulously map out their current workflows, processes, and bottlenecks
• Ask critical, deep-dive questions to uncover hidden inefficiencies and untapped potential across corporate operations, finance, customer service, and other key business functions
• Translate a client's complex business pain points into clear, logical, and actionable AI use cases (e.g., identifying where predictive analytics can replace manual forecasting or where natural language processing can enhance customer support)
• Develop and present compelling strategic transformation roadmaps to corporate decision-makers, clearly articulating the business ROI and implementation pathways of proposed AI integrations
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with diverse client teams, from front-line staff to C-suite executives, ensuring alignment and buy-in for AI initiatives

About you

• Graduating or recently graduated from a reputable university, with a major in Business Analytics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related business disciplines
• Proven track record of strong academic performance (Dean's List / CGPA 3.5+ preferred)
• Natural curiosity, first-principles thinking, and the confidence to ask challenging, insightful questions to senior business stakeholders
• Able to look at a chaotic business operation, identify its core components, and break it down into a structured, logical, and optimised workflow
• Strong conceptual understanding of what digital technology, particularly AI, can achieve and how it can be applied to business contexts
• Excellent command of spoken Mandarin Chinese, with the ability to read Traditional Chinese highly preferred
