Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to plan, coordinate and deliver client and internal projects across digital marketing, social media, content production, KOL campaigns and events. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in a digital agency, media, marketing or technology environment.
• Strong organisational, planning and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience using project management platforms such as Monday.com, ClickUp, Asana or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery from planning to execution and final reporting.
• Develop project timelines, work plans, milestones and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve risks, issues and bottlenecks.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget and quality expectations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and status reports.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Creative, Content, Social Media and Tech.
• Oversee KPI tracking and ensure quality deliverables to clients.
• Support process improvements and PM tool adoption.
