FRANKY Construction Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Digital Solution Developer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a full-time member of our dynamic organization, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end digital solutions that support business transformation. This role involves working across the full technology stack—frontend, backend, database—to build scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications. The role collaborates closely with business units to understand requirements, identify digitalization opportunities, and deliver innovative solutions that improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and enhance user experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain applications across frontend and backend components
• Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
• Implement UI/UX designs into functional interfaces using modern frontend frameworks
• Develop solutions to automate manual workflows and improve operational efficiency
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and address feedback promptly
• Promote best practices and code quality through peer reviews and knowledge sharing
• Recommend improvements in processes and end-user experience
• Follow IT policies, procedures, and data protection regulations
• Translate IT Blueprint (or Master Plan) into actionable operational plans
• Standardize and document standard operational procedures (SOP) and ensure adherence across all functions
• Read and understand the SLA and monitor the services

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Min 2 years of full stack development experience
