Job Description

• Co‑developing digital marketing plans and projects, including strategy and tactical elements, to drive goals.
• Work closely with cross‑functional partners (Brand, Sales/Service, internal product teams, internal and external creative agencies/Media Owners) in the development of communications.
• Work with internal reporting groups to define and report on progress against key business indicators.
• Prioritise tasks and appropriately delegate to individual members of the team, ensuring they are given adequate time, resource and are sufficiently trained to execute tasks like reporting: campaign launch, campaign end, monthly & weekly with high quality and consistency.
• Support the Manager by delivering quality output in a timely manner and acting as a mentor to junior employees.
• Continuously work with the team to arrive at the best process/systems for managing their business, for example, specialist teams/buying dept to promote clients’ interests with strategically important media owners.
• Servicing the Client and managing their expectations on delivery timeline.
• Overseeing Campaign Setup & Implementation, monitoring and optimisation.
• Campaign Reporting & Analysis.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma holder in Digital Communications/Mass Communications.
• Minimum 2 years of Digital Experience, with Media Agency background.

• Acute to social trends.
