Job summary

Publicis Groupe Malaysia is seeking a Digital Senior Executive who will coordinate with agency and vendor teams, manage media briefs, and support campaign reporting and finance projections. The role requires strong data hygiene and collaboration across Creative, Media, and PMX partners.

You should have a solid understanding of the local media landscape, be proficient with PowerPoint and Excel, and maintain accurate activity trackers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in agency or vendor roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate media briefs with agencies and regional teams.
• Create a digital schedule for the agencies under Publicis Groupe Malaysia.
• Create booking orders to the vendors and prepare campaign reports (Interim/EOC).
• Maintain monthly activity trackers.
• Develop close working relationships with agency teams to support planning and buying processes.
• Provide regular insights and reports to agency teams detailing performance and opportunities.
