Job summary

Dentsu Aegis Network in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a strategic leader to support the agency’s new business efforts. You will enhance client strategies, improve ROI, and work closely with analytics to deliver impactful insights.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of Strategy Planning experience, preferably in a Creative Agency. A strong command of English and an understanding of market trends are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Well versed with market happenings and latest trends.

• Support the Business Directors to lead the agency’s new business drive.
• Be involved from a strategy perspective for the agency’s top clients, enhancing overall business strategy, media strategy, creativity, and generating new income.
• Train the Business Directors to be more strategic, ensuring focus on better ROI related matters.
• Inculcate use of research and tools among the planning teams. DAN has a range of tools, systems and research comparable to any top network.
• Support the CEO in identifying trends to capitalize on.
• Work closely with the analytics team to create meaningful analysis to improve the client’s business ROI.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of Strategy Planning experience.
• Preferably from a Creative Agency background.
• Well versed with market happenings and latest trends, possessing sound analytical skill.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Willing to be based in Kuala Lumpur.
