ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Plan and execute media investments to maximise reach, conversion and spend efficiency across all channels.
• Manage relationships with media agencies, publishers and advertising partners to ensure effective campaign delivery.
• Manage priority commercial accounts to deepen engagement and grow revenue contribution.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in media planning, digital marketing or key account management, preferably in aviation, travel or FMCG.
• Familiar with digital, print and out-of-home (OOH) media planning and buying.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Media Planning & Execution: Plan and optimise paid and organic campaigns across digital, print and out-of-home channels to maximise reach, conversion and spend efficiency.
• Partner & Agency Management: Manage relationships with media agencies, publishers and advertising partners to ensure effective campaign delivery.
• Account Growth & Reporting: Develop account-specific marketing plans for priority client segments and track media performance metrics for internal stakeholders.

AUTHORITY

• Execute approved media bookings and campaign placements within budget.
• Liaise directly with media agencies, publishers and trade/corporate accounts on day-to-day matters.
• Recommend account and media spend plans, subject to approval by the Senior Manager, Marketing.

DELEGATION OF DUTIES

• In the incumbent's absence, duties may be delegated to the Manager, Market Development & Analytics, or as directed by the Senior Manager, Marketing.
