Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of digital marketing experience, strong copywriting, and hands-on skills with Meta Ads, Canva and Adobe tools.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in marketing, communications or related field.
• 1–2 years digital marketing experience; internships accepted for junior roles.
• Hands-on with social media management and Meta Ads.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Familiar with Canva, Adobe tools or similar creative platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Email, and more.
• Manage and update the firm’s social media platforms.
• Create and optimize content, visuals, and ad copies aligned with branding.
• Track, measure and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Develop strategies to increase online engagement and lead generation.
• Coordinate events, webinars, and HRD Corp–claimable training promotions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent messaging.
