About the role

You will be responsible for the production and placement of advertisements for Vincero's products, planning long-term and event advertising, and understanding data tracking and analysis. You should possess marketing insight, a passion for marketing, and strategic thinking skills. We seek exceptional "A Players" who share our vision. We run an AI forward marketing team, and using AI daily to get more angles built and tested is part of the job.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build high-converting sales funnels and automated marketing systems
• Produce compelling marketing copywriting
• Digitaladvertising ads placement/material production
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns & automations with a focus on conversion
• Manage and optimize CRM workflows
• Weekly and monthly data tracking and analysis to improve ROI
• Monitoring competitors and market trends.
• Use AI tools daily and effectively to produce and test marketing assets faster: ad copy, hooks, landing pages, email sequences, images and video

Results

• Ensure that Cost Per Lead and Acquisition is kept low and competitive while maintaining the quality of leads generated
• Ensure the smooth and successful running of Ad Campaigns, funnels, email/text/Whatsapp reminder sequences, including tech integrations
• Develop new angles, hooks, and creatives to attract new clients
• Provide weekly and monthly reporting on key marketing metrics to ensure clear tracking and measurement of results
• A steady in house supply of image and video assets for ads, funnels, events and social, without waiting on an outside designer or editor

About you

• Excellent written and spoken command of Chinese and English
• Strong sense of responsibility and autonomy
• At least three years of online marketing experience
• Self-learning and independent thinking habits and abilities
• Clear logic, meticulous thinking, and the ability to effectively use and analyze data for decision-making
• Strong knowledge of running ads on Meta and Google
• Knowledge of Clickfunnels or GoHighLevel is a bonus
• Uses AI effectively with ChatGPT/Claude, plus AI image or video tools, and knows when the output needs adjustment
