Job summary

BGC group seeks a creative and commercially driven leader to head digital marketing and brand development, focusing on addiction psychotherapy, trauma and behavioural psychology.

You will manage social media, expand into international and Chinese-speaking markets, and provide personal and executive assistance to the Founder. Hybrid/Remote work arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Psychology, Counselling, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Strong preference for candidates with psychology or counselling background and trauma-informed knowledge.
• Proven digital marketing experience with strong business acumen and results-driven mindset.
• Excellent proficiency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Threads, Xiaohongshu and Chinese marketing trends.
• Skilled in content creation, social media management and marketing tools.
• Highly organised, independent, proactive and able to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Previous personal or executive assistant experience is advantageous.

The successful candidate will manage our social media presence, expand our reach into international and Chinese-speaking markets, and provide personal and executive assistance to the Founder.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Business Development

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote psychotherapy services and grow our client base.
• Create engaging, psychology-informed content in English and Mandarin.
• Develop brand awareness and marketing opportunities across Singapore and Chinese-speaking markets, including China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
• Research audience behaviour, market trends and opportunities for business growth.
• Manage social media campaigns, track performance and generate qualified client enquiries.

Personal & Executive Assistance

• Manage the Founder’s calendar, appointments, correspondence and scheduling.
• Coordinate meetings, travel, events and professional engagements.
• Assist with research, presentations, administrative duties and personal arrangements.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements
