Job summary

Pikzern Marketing Sdn Bhd is seeking an energetic eCommerce Executive to join our team. You will manage and optimize online stores across marketplaces and our website, update product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory, and coordinate with operations to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Bachelor's in Marketing or related fields, at least 2 years in eCommerce or digital marketing, and familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in eCommerce and/or Digital Marketing.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and TikTok Ads Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize online stores across platforms, marketplaces, and company website.
• Create and update product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory information.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor performance, sales trends, and competitor activities.
• Plan and execute online campaigns and platform promotions.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS.

• Work with designers, influencers, and agencies to produce engaging content.
• Optimize advertising campaigns to improve traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and marketplace dashboards.

Key responsibilities

Manage and optimize online stores across platforms/marketplaces and company website

Create and update product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory information

Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction

Monitor performance, sales trends, and competitor activities

Plan and execute online campaigns, platform promotions, and mega sale activities

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS

Manage social media content planning, posting schedules, and community engagement

Work with designers, influencers, content creators, and agencies to produce engaging content

Optimize advertising campaigns to improve traffic, engagement, and conversions

Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, marketplace dashboards, and other tools

About you

Diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, eCommerce, Mass Communication, or related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in eCommerce and/or Digital Marketing

Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, TikTok Ads Manager, and marketplace seller centers

Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills

Proactive, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Experience in FMCG, food & beverage, or retail industry is an added advantage
