Job description

This role encompasses social media management, e-commerce platform operations, brand marketing and campaigns, and short video marketing. You will manage and grow company social media platforms, operate and manage e-commerce seller centers, assist in planning and executing online campaigns, and develop short video content.

Key responsibilities

Manage and grow company social media platforms including Facebook and XHS

Operate and manage Shopee and Lazada Seller Centers including product uploads, content optimization, and campaign settings

Maintain and update product listings with accurate descriptions, attractive images, and consistent brand layout

Handle customer enquiries, messages, and feedback professionally and promptly

Coordinate logistics arrangement for online orders to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction

Analyze sales data and market trends, and collaborate with the team to adjust marketing and pricing strategies

Assist in planning and executing online campaigns, festive promotions, and special events

Plan and develop short video content with engaging concepts and storylines

Involve in video production, editing, and post-production to create appealing content

Monitor and analyze social media performance to increase engagement, followers, and brand visibility
