Job summary

MayPap Sdn Bhd in Penang, Malaysia, is seeking an organized E-commerce Operations Coordinator to oversee daily activities across our online stores. You will coordinate listing updates, monitor KPI trends, and ensure smooth order processing and customer support across channels.

The role requires at least 2 years in Malaysia e‑commerce operations, familiarity with Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop, and strong MS Office skills. Proficiency in Malay and English is essential; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years’ experience in Malaysia e-commerce operations (content, store management, reporting, customer service).
• Familiar with marketplaces (Shopee, TikTok, Lazada).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across all e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth functionality and performance.
• Track and report key e-commerce KPIs (sales, traffic, conversion rates) and sales report.
• Provide prompt & handle customer inquiries across all online channels or phone.
• Resolve issues related to orders, products, and returns processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor order fulfilment and delivery timelines to meet SLAs.
• Pick and pack customer orders when necessary.
• Support product uploads, updates, and launches across platforms.
• Manage pricing, promotions, stock availability, and product visibility.
• Communicate with KOL / KOC / Creator / Affiliator for lead & campaigns.
• Track and report marketing performance and traffic metrics.
