Job summary

AFY Haniff Group (M) Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia seeks a dynamic social media creator and marketing support specialist. You will plan, create, and schedule content for TikTok, Instagram, and Shopee, and craft reels, posts, and captions aligned with brand goals.

You will host live sessions on TikTok/Instagram/Shopee, engage with viewers, and follow scripts. You will also assist in online campaigns, gather audience insights, and support campaign tasks to boost brand reach.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content for social media platforms.
• Create short-form videos, reels, posts, and captions aligned with brand tone and campaign goals.
• Research trends, hashtags, and viral formats to improve engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns.
• Act as a live host or co-host for live sessions on platforms such as TikTok Live, Instagram Live, or Shopee Live.
• Introduce products/services clearly and confidently during live sessions.
• Engage with the audience in real time (answer questions, respond to comments, encourage interaction).
• Follow live scripts, promotions, or talking points prepared by the team.
• Assist in setting up live sessions (lighting, camera, product arrangement).
• Support post-live tasks such as reviewing performance and highlights.
• Assist in executing online marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Gather feedback and insights from audience interactions.
• Support ad-hoc marketing tasks assigned by the supervisor.
