Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, Economics or related field.
Experience in banking or financial services is advantageous.
Strong sales and relationship-building skills.
Excellent English and Bahasa Malaysia communication.
Proficiency with digital banking tools and CRM systems.
On-site role based in Bukit Mertajam.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with business customers and promote AEON Bank’s Shariah-compliant products and services.
Provide personalized financial solutions and assist with financing applications, account opening and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and monitor customer portfolios.
Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities in line with bank policies.
Achieve assigned sales and service targets and prepare regular reports.
Contribute feedback to improve customer experience and banking processes.
