Job summary

AIA Malaysia is seeking a Digital Strategy Consultant to lead the ongoing enhancement of our corporate website, partnering with stakeholders, tech teams and external vendors to deliver digital initiatives, improve customer experience, and ensure quality and governance. You will drive digital performance, SEO/GEO initiatives, analytics insights and accessibility while collaborating with multiple teams to align with business goals.

This role supports AIA’s Healthier, Longer, Better Lives mission.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, IT or related field.
Approximately 4–8 years of experience in Digital Strategy, Digital Marketing, Website Management or Digital Product Delivery.
Experience managing corporate websites or digital platforms with cross-functional stakeholders.
Familiarity with Agile, user stories, UAT and analytics tools; SEO experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage website enhancement requests from internal and external stakeholders; plan the enhancement roadmap.
Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria and test scenarios for digital enhancements; coordinate with vendors.
Perform UAT, deployment verification and production validation for website releases; monitor post-release performance.
Monitor website performance with analytics; prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports and identify optimisation opportunities.
Collaborate with Product Marketing, Corporate Communications, Content, Tech and UX teams to improve SEO/GEO, accessibility and governance.
