Agensi Pekerjaan BGC Group (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced SEO / Organic Search leader to shape the bank's digital discovery across Asia, focusing on AI Search, AEO, GEO and AI-led platforms. This is not a traditional SEO role.

You will lead regional SEO strategy, collaborate with Digital, Product and Analytics teams, and drive measurable growth in traffic and revenue while integrating AI-enabled discovery across markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SEO or digital discovery
• Strong technical SEO knowledge
• Some exposure to AI Search, AEO, GEO or Generative Search
• Experience across regional, enterprise or multi-market environments
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to connect SEO to business results

Responsibilities

• Lead SEO, AI Search, AEO and GEO strategy across markets
• Improve discovery of products/content across search engines and AI platforms
• Strengthen technical SEO, schema, crawlability, indexation and site performance
• Explore ways to increase brand visibility within AI-generated answers
• Use Generative AI and automation to improve SEO research and workflows
• Measure impact of search on traffic, acquisition and revenue
• Collaborate with regional and global teams across Digital, Product, Marketing, Technology, Analytics and Compliance
