BID Operations Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to plan and execute global SEO strategies across multiple markets.

You will own on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives, driving organic growth and visibility for the company. You will collaborate with Content, Development, Design and Marketing teams, perform keyword research, create content briefs, monitor performance with GA4 and GSC, and optimize based on data.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as an SEO Specialist.
• Strong proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage SEO projects independently across markets.
• Prior experience in the financial services industry.
• Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Experience with GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog.
• Ability to collaborate with copywriters and content teams.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actions.
• Comfort with AI-powered tools to boost SEO workflows.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of SEO performance across global markets.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to develop scalable strategies.
• Execute and optimise SEO strategies to improve rankings and traffic.
• Perform keyword research and build structured content pillars.
• Create SEO content briefs and collaborate with writers.
• Work with Global SEO and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor performance with GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush; provide reports.
• Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate with development.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve efficiency.
• Support backlink strategy across markets.
• Stay updated on algorithm updates and AI-driven practices.
