Job summary

KEENHI DISTRIBUTION seeks a proactive Customer Service Representative to engage with potential leads across digital channels. You will be the first contact for inquiries, provide accurate product details, and connect leads with our authorized dealer network.

Responsibilities include handling WhatsApp and social messages, explaining features and pricing, routing leads to dealers, validating content before posts, and following up on warm leads to move them through the initial sales stage.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support or digital customer service (1–2 years preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn, understand, and explain product specifications.

Responsibilities

• Handle digital inquiries via WhatsApp and social media promptly and professionally.
• Explain product features, specifications, and pricing to build buying intent.
• Route qualified leads to the appropriate authorized dealer for purchases or demos.
• Assist with content prep by verifying copy, media assets, and account settings before publishing social posts.
• Nurture and follow up with warm leads to move through the initial sales stage.
• Document common customer queries, objections, and dealer feedback to help refine campaigns and product offerings.
