Job summary

PREEMINENT AUTO SDN BHD is seeking a Customer Engagement Executive (DCC) in Kuala Lumpur to manage leads via calls and WhatsApp follow-ups, engage potential buyers, arrange showroom visits and test drives, and support sales to improve lead conversion with superb service.

You will conduct multilingual outreach in English, Chinese, and Bahasa, maintain accurate call and chat records, and coordinate with store promotions to deliver a seamless customer experience while upholding the brand image.

Qualifications

• Experience managing customer leads via calls and chat platforms.
• Ability to converse in multiple languages (English, Chinese, Bahasa) for outreach.
• Strong follow-up and scheduling skills to convert leads into showroom visits.

Responsibilities

• Lead Reception and Immediate Follow-up: respond to daily leads, ensure initial contact within one hour.
• Multilingual Outbound Calls and Online Contact Management: conduct calls and WhatsApp follow-ups in Chinese, English, and Bahasa; answer product questions.
• Targeted Invitations for Store Visits & Test Drives: identify purchase intent, invite for store visits, and schedule test drives.
• Customer Segmentation and Local Ledger Management: log call data, follow-ups, and appointment records; submit daily/weekly reports.
• Coordinating with Offline Store Activities: align with promotions, new car launches, and weekend events; communicate offers.
• Compliance and Localization Service Standards: adhere to regulatory advertising standards; maintain professional communication and brand image.
