Job summary

KVC Industrial Supplies Sdn Bhd is seeking a Digital Commerce Executive (Content Management System) to assist in planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing activities across all digital platforms. You will manage CMS updates, site content, promotions, and website performance metrics.

This role requires 1–3 years in e-commerce or digital marketing, a relevant diploma/degree, and familiarity with SEO, analytics, and design tools.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least diploma / degree in E-Commerce, Business Admin, Digital Marketing or related field.
• 1-3 years working experience in e-commerce, digital marketing.
• Knowledge of website structure, navigation, and UX best practices, SEO for optimizing product titles, descriptions, and keywords.
• Ability to manage CMS updates (product pages, homepage content, banners, promotions).
• Understanding of basic website analytics (Google Analytics, platform dashboards).
• Ability to assist with basic banner creation for promotional materials.
• Proficiency in design software (Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, execution and optimization of online marketing activities.
• Support setup, operation, and optimization of digital commerce platforms.
• Manage on website content updates and CMS administration, promotional placements.
• Website analytics and performance monitoring.
• Plan, organize and execute sales promotions and marketing activities across online platforms.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations
• Assist superior in ad-hoc tasks related to improving store sales or traffic.
