Job summary

OTT Creation Marketing in Putrajaya is seeking a capable E‑commerce & Digital Marketing Coordinator to support planning, execution, and optimization of online sales activities. You will help manage product listings, content updates, promotions, and basic UX improvements.

The role requires 1–3 years in e‑commerce or digital marketing, a diploma or degree in a related field, and familiarity with CMS, SEO, and analytics. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in e‑commerce, digital marketing, business administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing, or a related role.
• Good understanding of e‑commerce platforms, site structure, navigation and UX basics.
• Knowledge of SEO and optimizing product titles, descriptions and keywords.
• Hands‑on CMS experience for managing product pages, homepage content, banners and promos.
• Basic website analytics knowledge (e.g., Google Analytics) and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day operations and continuous optimization of e‑commerce and digital platforms.
• Manage website content updates, CMS administration, product pages, banners and online merchandising.
• Monitor website traffic, sales performance and digital analytics to identify improvements.
• Run daily e‑commerce and marketplace operations: listings, orders, inventory, promotions.
• Plan and execute online sales campaigns, promotions and digital marketing activities per calendar.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Customer Service and Procurement for smooth operations.
• Assist in optimizing product titles, descriptions and keywords per SEO best practices.
• Assist in creating/updating basic digital marketing visuals and banners.
• Support ad‑hoc projects to boost traffic, store performance and conversions.
