G-Digital Marketing is seeking an E- Commerce Specialist to assist planning, execution and optimization of online marketing activities across digital platforms. You will drive customer experience and online sales growth while supporting operational excellence.

Responsibilities include managing digital commerce platforms, CMS updates, website analytics, daily marketplace operations, and coordinating with warehouse, logistics and customer care to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing or related field.
• 1-3 years in e-commerce/digital marketing.
• Knowledge of website structure, UX, SEO basics.
• CMS updates experience.
• Basic website analytics knowledge.
• Banner creation experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator is advantageous.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced digital environment.

Responsibilities

• Support setup, operation, and optimization of digital commerce platforms.
• Manage website content updates and CMS administration.
• Monitor website analytics and performance.
• Handle daily e-commerce/marketplace operations.
• Plan and execute promotions and marketing activities.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, customer care, procurement.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks to improve store sales/traffic.
