Job summary

OTT CREATION MARKETING is seeking an E- Commerce Specialist in Putrajaya to assist in planning, executing and optimizing online marketing activities. You will drive customer experience, support online sales growth, and coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer care to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role requires 1–3 years in e-commerce/digital marketing, knowledge of CMS, analytics, and basic banner creation.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma in E-Commerce, Business Admin, Digital Marketing or related field.
• 1-3 years working experience in e-commerce, digital marketing.
• Knowledge of website structure, navigation, UX best practices, SEO for optimizing product titles/descriptions/keywords.
• Ability to manage CMS updates (product pages, homepage content, banners, promotions).
• Understanding of basic website analytics (Google Analytics, platform dashboards).
• Ability to assist with basic banner creation for promotional materials.
• Proficiency in design software (Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator) is advantageous.
• Ability to work in fast paced and digital innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup, operation, and continuous optimization of all digital commerce platforms.
• Manage website content updates, content management system (CMS) administration, promotional placements to drive performance.
• Website analytics and performance monitoring.
• Manage daily e-commerce/marketplace operations (order processing/product listing/stock inventory).
• Plan, organize and execute sales promotions and marketing activities across online platforms based on the annual sales and marketing calendar.
• Actively liaise and coordinate with stakeholders, such as warehouse, logistic, customer care, procurement department to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist superior in any ad-hoc tasks related to improving store sales or traffic performance.

Including but not limited to the following:
