Job summary

OTT CREATION MARKETING in Putrajaya is seeking a motivated E-commerce & Digital Marketing Support specialist. You will help plan, execute, and optimize online sales activities and user experiences across platforms.

Responsibilities include CMS updates, product listings, banners, SEO optimization, and coordinating with internal teams. 1–3 years of related experience and a diploma are preferred; strong communication and independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related role.
• Good understanding of e-commerce platforms, website structure, navigation, and basic UX principles.
• Knowledge of SEO and optimizing product titles, descriptions, and keywords.
• Hands-on with CMS for managing product pages, homepage content, banners, and promotions.
• Basic knowledge of website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and optimization of e-commerce and digital marketing to drive online sales.
• Manage website content updates, CMS administration, product pages, banners, and online merchandising.
• Monitor website traffic, sales performance, and digital analytics to identify improvements.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Customer Service, and Procurement for smooth operations.
• Plan and execute online campaigns in line with the annual calendar.
• Assist in creating and updating digital marketing materials and visuals.
