Job summary

Maxis invites you to join as a Digital Assets Intern to gain hands-on experience managing digital platforms that support Maxis Enterprise customers. You will work on website management, SEO implementation, eCommerce store support, GenAI chatbot testing, and platform analytics to build practical digital marketing, analytical, and technical skills.

• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in updates, implementations, and reporting.
• Problem-solving mindset to identify issues and propose solutions, especially for chatbot testing and analytics.
• Clear written and verbal communication for documentation, reporting, and coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of Maxis Enterprise digital platforms (website, self-care portal, eCommerce store, GenAI chatbot, etc.).
• Coordinate and perform quality checks for website content updates.
• Assist in SEO implementation efforts by coordinating content enhancements with Product stakeholders, based on agency recommendations.
• Conduct competitor research analysis and compile user guides for internal reference.
• Test GenAI chatbot features, document results, and report capability enhancements.
• Support platform analytics by checking analytics implementation and preparing performance reports.

Internship Period
