Job summary

Maxis is seeking a Digital Product Intern in Malaysia to support digital product management, implementation, and deployment across eCommerce and app platforms. You will gain hands-on experience working with product and development teams to deliver seamless digital experiences.

The role offers exposure to real-world product workflows, testing processes, and cross-functional collaboration. You will learn how products are tested, launched and monitored in a large enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Digital Product Implementation: Support planning and executing digital product implementations on eCommerce or app platforms.
• Product Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct testing prior to deployment; identify and report issues; follow up on fixes.
• Bug Tracking & Monitoring: Monitor product performance post-deployment and assist end-to-end monitoring of new features.
• JIRA Documentation & Collaboration: Write and refine JIRA stories; collaborate with developers for clear requirements.
• Product Monitoring & Reporting: Help track key metrics and report on issues and deployment outcomes.

This role offers exposure to real-world product workflows, testing processes, and cross‑functional collaboration, while working closely with the product and development teams to deliver seamless digital experiences across eCommerce and app platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Product Implementation Support the planning and execution of digital product implementations on eCommerce or app platforms. Assist with coordinating product rollouts and deployment activities.
• Product Testing & Quality Assurance Conduct product testing prior to deployment to ensure functionality and readiness. Identify, track, and report bugs or issues, and follow up on fixes where required.
• Bug Tracking & Monitoring Monitor product performance and user experience post-deployment. Support end-to-end monitoring of new features after launch.
• JIRA Documentation & Collaboration Write and maintain JIRA stories and support story refinement with the development team. Collaborate closely with developers to ensure clear requirements and smooth execution.
• Product Monitoring & Reporting Assist in monitoring key product metrics and performance indicators. Support reporting on issues, enhancements, and deployment outcomes.

Value-Added Project

The intern will have the opportunity to support end-to-end digital product initiatives, including product implementation, testing, bug tracking, and post-launch monitoring. This exposure provides practical insight into digital product management and deployment within a large enterprise environment.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
