Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support the management of Maxis Enterprise digital platforms (website, self-care portal, eCommerce store, GenAI chatbot).
• Coordinate and perform quality checks for website content updates.
• Assist in SEO implementation efforts by coordinating content enhancements with Product stakeholders.
• Conduct competitor research analysis and compile user guides for internal reference.
• Test GenAI chatbot features, document results, and report capability enhancements.
• Support platform analytics by checking analytics implementation and preparing performance reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management of Maxis Enterprise digital platforms (website, self‑care portal, eCommerce store, GenAI chatbot, etc.).
• Coordinate and perform quality checks for website content updates.
• Assist in SEO implementation efforts by coordinating content enhancements with Product stakeholders, based on agency recommendations.
• Conduct competitor research analysis and compile user guides for internal reference.
• Test GenAI chatbot features, document results, and report capability enhancements.
• Support platform analytics by checking analytics implementation and preparing performance reports.

Internship Period
