Job summary

Causeway Link Malaysia is seeking a role focused on diesel delivery planning and monitoring to support bus operations. The position covers daily volume planning, stock monitoring, and coordination with multiple suppliers and pump stations.

Responsibilities include subsidy quota renewal, fleet card distribution across major stations, and verification of diesel records through online portals and the Hi Suite system.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily diesel volume delivery to support bus operations.
• Ensure weekend diesel delivery planned on last Friday for Saturday, Sunday, and the following Monday.
• Plan diesel delivery on the last working day for long holidays.
• Monitor and control diesel consumption daily at skid tank and arrange bus pump diesel at pump stations if stock is insufficient.
• Record diesel stock in and stock out in the Diesel Monitoring Skid Tank Excel file.
• Plan diesel delivery based on yesterday's diesel usage, current balance, estimated usage, monthly quota subsidy, and available truck size.
• Report any technical issues on nozzle pumps to the maintenance team.
• Submit diesel subsidy quota renewal applications three months before expiry with required documentation.
• Manage fleet card distribution and renewal across Caltex, Petronas, and Shell pump stations.
• Verify diesel data from pump stations and operation supervisors against daily unbilled transactions from web portals and upload verified data to Hi Suite system

This role involves managing diesel delivery planning and monitoring for skid tanks to support bus operations, including daily volume planning, stock monitoring, and coordination with suppliers. The position also encompasses managing diesel subsidy quota applications, fleet card arrangements across multiple pump stations, and verifying diesel records through various online portals and systems.

Key responsibilities

Plan daily diesel volume delivery to support bus operations and inform Purchase PIC for order volumes

Ensure weekend diesel delivery is planned on the last Friday for Saturday, Sunday, and the following Monday

Plan diesel delivery on the last working day for long holidays

Monitor and control diesel consumption daily at skid tank and arrange bus pump diesel at pump stations if stock is insufficient

Record diesel stock in and stock out in the Diesel Monitoring Skid Tank Excel file
