Job summary

Explorasi Cinta Travel and Tours in Malaysia is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support scheduling, dispatch, and fleet operations. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply with a Diploma/Certificate in logistics or related fields.

You will coordinate drivers, inspect vehicles, and manage rentals while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate logging of mileage and expenses in Excel or Google Sheets. Responsibilities include verifying licenses, PSV permits, road tax, and coordinating

Qualifications

• Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Transportation, Tourism Management, or a related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to manage dynamic daily schedules.
• Keen attention to detail for physical vehicle inspections and document verification.
• Basic understanding of Malaysian commercial transport regulations (PSV licensing, APAD permits, and road tax requirements).
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for logging mileage, fuel, and expense reports.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling & Dispatch: Prepare accurate daily schedules for drivers and vehicles while strictly preventing double bookings.
• Driver Management & Safety: Assign standby drivers and enforce mandatory rest periods to ensure driver safety and fatigue management.
• Vehicle Inspection & Rentals: Manage car rental handovers and returns, conducting thorough inspections for cleanliness and structural damage.
• Pre/Post-Trip Operations: Prepare, distribute, and verify pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspection checklists.
• Compliance Monitoring: Verify the validity of driving licenses, PSV licenses, vehicle permits, and road tax renewals.
• Fleet Maintenance Tracking: Track and coordinate scheduled preventive maintenance for all fleet vehicles.
• Expense & Log Audit: Record daily mileage, diesel consumption, Touch ’n Go expenses, and log reported vehicle defects for prompt repair.
