Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Logistics Operator to coordinate daily fuel deliveries from Chevron and PDB Prai terminals to retail stations and commercial customers. You will prepare and manage loading slips, PDNs, and invoices, and perform stock reconciliation with terminal operators.

You will generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for Supply, Distribution and Retail teams, monitor dealer payments, and maintain terminal supplies.

Qualifications

• Familiar with HSE policies and terminal procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office and general IT applications.
• Strong written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to work outside normal hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily fuel deliveries from Chevron and PDB Prai terminals to retail stations and commercial customers.
• Prepare and manage delivery documentation, including Loading Slips, PDNs, and invoices.
• Conduct daily stock reconciliation with terminal operators and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for Supply, Distribution, and Retail teams.
• Monitor dealer payments, including cheques and direct debit transactions, and report overdue payments to CSU.
• Maintain adequate terminal supplies, including security seals, additives, and stationery.
• Collaborate with transporters, terminal operators (Chevron and Petronas), and internal teams to ensure smooth deliveries and resolve operational issues.

Additional Information

• Contract: 12 months
• Working Hours: Monday–Thursday, 8.30 am–5.15 pm | Friday, 8.30 am–4.15 pm
