Job summary

Mattel Asia Pacific is seeking a DI Order Management Analyst to ensure accurate, timely processing of direct import orders and support global order fulfilment. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive end-to-end operations, from order intake to release, with emphasis on on-time delivery.

The role requires 3–5 years in order management, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and English proficiency; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in order management, merchandising, or sales operations.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Tableau, Cognos, or SQL.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process DI orders from intake through confirmation and release with high accuracy.
• Coordinate shipment instructions, stock allocation, label ordering and timely delivery in collaboration with supply chain partners.
• Manage the order book and ensure alignment with internal standards and customer requirements.
• Submit compliance documents and support the order commit process.
• Proactively address order changes due to supply constraints or customer requests.
• Act as a point of contact for inquiries related to delivery, compliance, and fulfilment timelines.
• Identify opportunities to streamline DI order fulfilment processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyse KPIs such as order accuracy, cycle time, and OTIF.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Supply Planning, Sales, Finance, and local fulfilment teams.
