Job summary

DHL Asia Pacific Shared Services Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced SAP FICO DevOps Analyst to support SAP ERP financial processes and interfaces. You will work on Level 2 AMS support for SAP projects, resolving complex FI and interface issues while partnering with cross-regional teams.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of SAP FICO experience, strong ABAP/interface knowledge, and are able to work in shifts including weekends in a multinational setting. Hybrid office arrangements are available.

SAP ERP acts as the financial backbone of our organization, and your expertise will be crucial in maintaining its seamless functionality. As a DevOps Analyst, you will take on a vital role providing Level 2 support (AMS Support role for the SAP Support project).

We are looking for an experiencedSAP FICO/FSCM Consultant, particularly in the areas of FI-AR/AP, EBP, Asset Management, and FSCM—specifically Dispute, Collection, and Credit Management.

You should have a strong background in both implementation and support projects, with the ability to conduct thorough analyses of complex business process requirements and deliver suitable system solutions. Experience with interfaces is also necessary.

Your responsibilities will include resolving intricate SAP FI and interface issues to minimize disruptions to financial processes. As a DevOps Engineer having 5to 8 years of experience in SAP FICO (GL, AR, AP, AA, EBP, FSCM-DM, CRM, CM) is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of interfaces and ABAP will also be an integral part of this role. You will work independently, effectively prioritize, and organize your tasks even under time and workload pressures. In a multinational environment, you will engage in cross-regional collaboration with teams worldwide, making proficiency in both spoken and written English highly beneficial. This position requires you to be working on shift and weekend duty rotation.
