Job summary

DHL Asia Pacific Shared Services Sdn Bhd in Cyberjaya is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with Oracle HCM Cloud expertise to lead the technical and functional delivery of the CHRIS (Cross Divisional HR Information System) Oracle Fusion HCM. You will shape the technology backbone for global HR processes and ensure ongoing operations.

The role requires hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM Core configuration, integration work, and strong collaboration with stakeholders across regions.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with deep knowledge of Global Core HR, Compensation & Benefit, Absence Management and Time & Labor.
• At least 3 full implementation cycles in Oracle Cloud HCM for Core module, both functional configuration and technical development.
• Hands-on experience with BIP, OTBI, HDL, Spreadsheet Loader, Journey, lookups, value sets, work structures, security, HCM Process configuration, Transactional Designer Studio, Redwood, Visual Builder Studio (Core module).
• Nice-to-have: HCM Extract, Oracle Agent Studio, payroll interfaces (REST API, SOAP).

Responsibilities

• Understand HR processes and Oracle Fusion HCM Core system workflows.
• Configure and customize Oracle Fusion HCM Core to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and provide functional/technical guidance.
• Provide technical leadership to the team and promote best practices.
• Stay updated on Oracle Fusion HCM Core features and trends and suggest optimizations.
• Document designs, configurations, and procedures for knowledge sharing.
• Track Change Requests using Jira and adhere to change processes.

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Oracle HCM DevOps Engineer to join our CHRIS (Cross Divisional HR Information System) development team. CHRIS is Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management cloud solution enabling DHL to organize, staff, and develop the global workforce.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for the functional and technical aspects of the HR system. You will leverage your expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Core and your strong technical background to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing operation of the system.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain a deep understanding of how HR processes and Oracle Fusion HCM Core system work.
• Configure and customize Oracle Fusion HCM Core to meet specific business requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide functional and technical expertise.
• Provide technical guidance to support team members, sharing best practices and promoting continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Fusion HCM Core features, enhancements, and industry trends, and proactively recommend improvements or optimizations.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and procedures to ensure comprehensive system understanding and knowledge sharing.
• Utilize Jira to track and manage Change Requests progress.
• Adhere to defined change request processes.

Required Skills

• At least 8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with deep knowledge of Global Core HR, Compensation & Benefit, Absence Management and Time & Labor.
• At least 3 full implementation cycle experience in Oracle Cloud HCM for Core module in both functional configuration and technical development.
• Hands-on experience in BIP, OTBI, HDL, Spreadsheet loader, Journey, lookups, values set, work structures, security, area of responsibility, configuration of HCM Process, transactional designer studio, Redwood, Visual Builder Studio, specifically on Core module.
• Added advantages on HCM Extract, Oracle Agent studio, bi-directional interfaces for payroll, experience with REST API, SOAP, etc

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, having Oracle Cloud HCM implementation experience and techno-functional skillset is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of technical tools especially for data load, reporting and integration via HCM Extracts will also be an integral part of this role.

You are an Oracle HCM aficionado, therefore you have a good understanding of the product and employee master data. You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
