Job summary

DHL Asia Pacific Shared Services Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced SAP FICO DevOps Analyst to support SAP ERP financial processes and interfaces. You will work on Level 2 AMS support for SAP projects, resolving complex FI and interface issues while partnering with cross-regional teams.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of SAP FICO experience, strong ABAP/interface knowledge, and are able to work in shifts including weekends in a multinational setting. Hybrid office arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in SAP FICO and related modules.
• Strong knowledge of interfaces and ABAP.
• Experience working in a multinational environment and cross-regional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Resolve SAP FI and interface issues to minimize business disruption.
• Collaborate with upstream and downstream teams to address integration challenges.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation and knowledge resources for the support team.
• Provide timely updates to stakeholders on issue resolutions.
