Job summary

DHL IT Services Malaysia is seeking an experienced SAP FICO DevOps Engineer to join our global SAP landscape. You will provide Level 2 AMS support for SAP FICO, focusing on FI-AR/AP, EBP, Asset Management and FSCM, and collaborate with cross‑regional teams to solve complex issues.

With 5 to 8 years of SAP FICO experience, strong ABAP and interface knowledge, you will drive incident resolution, document solutions, and support the financial backbone in a hybrid Cyberjaya/Kuala Lumpur setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP FICO modules (FI-AR/AP, EBP, Asset Management, FSCM)
• Strong ABAP and interface knowledge
• Ability to collaborate with cross-regional teams and communicate effectively

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 AMS support for SAP FICO
• Resolve SAP FI and interface issues to minimize disruptions
• Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge resources
• Collaborate with upstream/downstream teams to ensure data integrity
