Job summary

Serene Impian Development Sdn Bhd seeks a Project Planning & Authority Executive to coordinate development planning matters and authority submissions for its projects, including the Serene Kwasa Project. Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Town Planning, Estate Management, Urban & Regional Planning, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant working experience in property development or related industry; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Familiar with submission procedures and approval processes involving government authorities (added advantage).
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Good coordination and communication skills with consultants, authorities, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Possess a good understanding of processes and procedures involving government authorities.
• Assist in the submission of development plans and follow through the approval process up to CCC issuance.
• Assist in recording and maintaining approval documents and other project-related documentation.
• Assist in coordinating and resolving issues arising at consultant and authority levels.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines and submission schedules.
• Follow up on ongoing applications and submissions with the relevant authorities.
• Work closely with Project Team, Marketing Team and appointed consultants on project-related matters.
• Attend internal and external meetings as required.
• Provide regular updates on project progress to the Department Manager.
