Job summary

Hunters International seeks a driven Project Sales Executive to source residential, commercial, and mixed-use development opportunities in Malaysia. You will evaluate feasibility, build relationships with developers and agents, and manage the pipeline from sourcing to acquisition.

Based in Petaling Jaya and working from office, the role requires Mandarin and English proficiency, 2–5 years in property development or related fields, and willingness to travel for land inspections and meetings.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a related field.
• 2–5 years of property development or related experience.
• Proficient in Mandarin & English.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
• Willing to work from office in Petaling Jaya.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new property development opportunities across asset classes.
• Conduct feasibility and market intelligence assessments and compilations.
• Build and maintain networks with developers, agents, and government-related entities.
• Assist with deal documentation and manage end-to-end pipeline from sourcing to acquisition.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance and Project Development teams to ensure processes.
