Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Property Development, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in property development, project acquisition, real estate, or business development.

Responsibilities

• Project Sourcing & Acquisition: identify and acquire new property development opportunities across asset classes.
• Feasibility & Market Intelligence: conduct preliminary assessments and feasibility summaries for Management.
• Stakeholder Management: build and maintain networks with developers, consultants, and government entities.
• Deal & Pipeline Execution: assist with acquisition proposals and end-to-end pipeline management.
• Cross-Departmental Coordination: collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Project Development teams.
