Job summary

Myra is seeking a Project Manager to support planning, development, construction, and handover of multiple property projects in Selangor. You will coordinate schedules, budgets, and resources, working with architects, engineers, contractors, and authorities to ensure compliance and timely approvals.

The role requires 3–5 years of PM experience in property or construction and strong software skills (AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Project). Travel to sites and authorities may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant project management experience, preferably within property development or construction-related projects.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in project-related software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Project, and other relevant tools.
• Willingness to travel to authorities, project sites and other locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor project activities, timelines, and resource allocation within budget and schedule.
• Develop and implement detailed project plans and schedules aligned with objectives and stakeholder requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure design and construction compliance with specifications, regs, and quality standards.
• Prepare, review, and submit plans to authorities for approval.
• Check drawings and specifications for accuracy and alignment with approved designs.
• Liaise with government agencies for zoning and building regulations during planning and completion.
• Follow up on project submissions and approval processes.
• Oversee development budgets based on feasibility studies.
• Monitor project costs and expenditures to avoid overruns.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure construction quality standards.
