Job summary

Serene Impian Development Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Planning & Authority Executive to assist in coordinating development planning matters and authority submissions for the Group’s projects, including the Serene Kwasa Project. You will liaise with consultants, government authorities, and internal teams to ensure approvals, documentation, and compliance are aligned with project timelines.

Qualifications

• Target candidates with Town Planning / Estate Management background or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in property development preferred; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Familiar with submission procedures and approval processes with government authorities is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development planning matters and authority submissions.
• Liaise with government authorities, consultants, and internal teams to ensure approvals and documentation are properly managed.
• Track project timelines and submission schedules; provide updates to the Department Manager.
• Attend meetings and assist in resolving issues at consultant/authority levels.
