Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a computer technician assistant in Kuala Lumpur to install and repair computer components. The role requires familiarity with laptops and desktops, plus the ability to assemble and configure hardware based on design specifications.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a computer store, with minimum SPM qualifications and a strong passion for computer hardware. Training and basic incentives are provided by Jora Malaysia.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year working experience in a computer store.
• Minimum SPM and above.
• Passion with computer hardware.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair the physical components of computers.
• Familiar with both laptop and desktop computers.
• Assemble computers according to a predetermined design or create custom models and configure hardware.
• Ensure each component is fully powered and compatible with every other component.
• Technicians diagnose problems and make repairs.
• Testing each built machine to ensure IT functions appropriately.
