This role involves engaging with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget while delivering personalized and professional interior design consulting services. You will develop functional and aesthetically aligned design proposals, introduce clients to products and services, and prepare accurate quotations based on design concepts.

Key responsibilities

Engage with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget, ensuring a personalized and professional experience

Develop functional and aesthetically aligned design proposals using design software, tailored to client expectations

Introduce clients to products and services, addressing inquiries with interior design expertise

Prepare accurate quotations based on design concepts

Assist customers in the experience centre while managing day-to-day operations

Deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight key product features and benefits

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

Coordinate with designers and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction

About you

Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field

At least 1 year of relevant experience in interior design consulting or sales

Proficient in design software such as Auto CAD, 3D Illustrator, SketchUp, or similar tools

Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia

Proficient in Microsoft Office software

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
